Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.
Please use that information to track your order via the carrier's official website.

Track via your carrier:

  • CTT (Portugal Postal Service) – ctt.pt

  • UPS – ups.com

  • DHL Express – dhl.com

  • FedEx – fedex.com

  • Other couriers (depending on your country) will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

We hand-pack each order with care. Here's what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Within Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping to the USA: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping Worldwide: 7–15 business days (may vary based on location & customs)

Note: Deliveries outside the EU may experience delays due to customs clearance.
