We want you to love your raffia shoes as much as we love making them! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original packaging (including dust bags, tags, etc.)

Free from damage or marks

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item if it's in stock.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For returns within Japan, we recommend using tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

For international orders, duties and customs fees are non-refundable.
