We want you to love your raffia shoes as much as we love making them! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:


Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In original packaging (including dust bags, tags, etc.)

    • Free from damage or marks

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


🔄 Exchanges

  • Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item if it's in stock.

  • Simply email us at [Support@Steraraffia.com] within 14 days to start the process.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Custom or final sale items

    • Items damaged due to wear or misuse


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For returns within Japan, we recommend using tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

  • For international orders, duties and customs fees are non-refundable.


❗Defective or Wrong Items?

We sincerely apologize. Please email us at [Support@Steraraffia.com] within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.


📩 How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  4. Ship the item back to the return address provided
